- Gather up all your old music CDs or DVDs that you were probably going to throw away anyway. Please do not include AOL discs or CD-R's! Also, please do not include more than 2 copies of the same title if you have multiples.
- If you are in the Western New York area, please drop off the items at Frizb's CD Exchange or the Erie County SPCA. Otherwise, please ship them to us following the instructions below:
- Place them in a sturdy box. Rubberband the items together in small stacks, and use some packing material to fill in the empty spaces in the box so the items don't sustain damage in transit.
- Click here to print a shipping label.
- Take the package to the Post Office and ask them to send it by "Media Mail", which is a special rate used for books, CDs and DVDs. You must use Media Mail if you want to be reimbursed for shipping. Be sure to write your return address clearly so we can send you a check to reimburse your shipping cost.
- Upon receipt of your package, we will send you a check in the amount of the actual shipping cost as promised. Or if you prefer, we can send that money directly to the SPCA instead. If you'd rather do that, just enclose a note in the package stating that you don't wish to be reimbursed for shipping, and we'll be happy to add that money to the monthly SPCA donation instead.
- We then sell the items (usually for $.50-$1 each) and donate 100% of the proceeds to our local SPCA!

It really couldn't be any easier, and it doesn't cost you a cent. You get to rid your house of some unwanted junk without sending it to a landfill, and the SPCA gets much-needed funds to save cats and dogs that really need our help. Please send your package today ~ thank you for caring!
